Chocolate Giddyup is made with cocoa nibs and cold brewed coffee. This beer has a creamy mouth feel created by the rich black coffee and mellow chocolate. These flavors are followed by a sizable bitterness created by the skillful combination of roasted malt, coffee, and pure cocoa.

Dark brown with tight, creamy tan head. Sweet chocolate nose with some coffee. Flavor is led with coffee. Pretty smooth. Some insinuation of dark chocolate. Definite roasted quality. Bitter finish really lingers. Mouthfeel is thinner than expected. Would've like a bit more thickness.

Taste: rich chocolate dark malts, coffee, semi sweet then bitter finish.
Roasted coffee and malt nose.
Dark brown, semi opaque with a nice tan head and ringed lattice.
Full body but not thick, pair well as an after dinner ale. 89 IBUs

Deep and rich, velvety black in color with a thick, foamy head that settles to a mocha cap. Lots of sticky lacing left behind. Big aromas of roast coffee and bittersweet cocoa, but not too bitter. Taste is very much the same, with a nice balance of sweet and bitter. A big, wake me up brew that's a nice compliment to Short's Cup O Joe.

Great, deep and dark pour with a longish lasting mocha colored head. Smells like a $4 cup of coffee-roasty expensive coffee, bitter chocolate, vanilla. Taste is similar to the nose. Lots of intense coffee, dry bakers chocolate without being bitter, vanilla bean, burnt malts. Weaker mouthfeel than expected for this style. Thin, much like a weak diner coffee. Imo, another great beer from Short's, keep on keepin on!

I think this beer tasted better once I gave it a chance to warm up a bit
