Very nice Hefe! This one's on the high end of the octane scale but hides it well. Poured from crowler to pint glass. Nice cloudy straw appearance with a foamy head. Good retention. Aromas of clove, banana, and wheat. Nice, smooth flavors of banana, clove, some bubblegum, wheat, and white bread. Smooth, a little dry.
