Hop forward goodness. Orange peel and grassy notes. Dry finish. Beautiful frothy lasting head with layers of lace. All Michigan sourced ingredients shine proudly here.

Served on tap at 7 Monks pub. Nonic pint. Orange, hazy liquid with a finger of foam on top. Aroma is citrus, peppery, and herbal. Flavor is aggressively bitter, lots of herbal and citrus flavors and a peppery, spicy bite. Some malt backbone to smooth it out some, but hops are in full force here.

Short Review. This was another solid IPA by shorts, it doesn't really stand out too much for an IPA by them and it has that signature high bitterness that most of their IPA's tend to have. The flavors and aromas were a little fruit with some grassy and herbal hop aromas and the malts showed up just enough to be noticeable. I would get this beer again, but it isn't something I would stock up.
