12 oz canned 7/18/22.
L: cloudy blond with thin lacing
S: orange/tangerine, some grapefruit. Very citrusy. One of the best smelling I’ve had in awhile.
T: mild citrus upfront, followed by a dry, bitter punch
F: Super dry, so while good, not very refreshing. It you love dry and bitter, you’ll love this beer.
O: very good beer, but not a day drinking “dock sitter”. I’ll enjoy it more as a night cap around the fire,

July 2022 Specialty Release - 6 pack
12 oz. can dated 071822 (07/18/22) - 7.4% ABV / 79 IBU
Brewed and canned in Elk Rapids, MI
Poured into a Bell's branded nonic pint glass
Look - Pours a fluffy and dense off-white head that retains itself well. Cloudy, light to dark amber appearance with a lot of tiny streaming bubbles.
Smell - Getting lots of tropical notes in the scent like mango and pineapple, as well as some stone fruit like peach. Picking up more floral, grassy, and citrus scents as it warms.
Taste - The taste has a juicy and piney dankness that hits you upfront and lingers throughout. There's a decent amount of bitterness that sticks around in the aftertaste. Can't taste the alcohol.
Feel - Medium bodied with a semi-crisp mouthfeel and finishes dry.
Overall - A very hoppy brew, that is more piney than tropical, and is easy to drink despite the relatively high ABV.
