Served as part of a flight. Color of brown leather, hazy and a small off white/khaki cap. Aroma and flavor are absolutely fantastic. There's smooth roasted coffee and caramel malts on the nose, and the ale rolls smoothly over the tongue, full and soft. The flavors roll right with it, coffee, smooth, bold and sweet, soft caramel. Rather than overwhelm the ale, the coffee complimentsand wraps itself around the naturally nutty/caramel of a brown ale. A must-have if you see it on tap.
