Pineapple Mango Bourbon Aged Pig Bird

Served on tap in tulip. Deep, rich, amber in color. A thin rim of foam on top that leaves sticky, spotty lacing. Big fruit aromas: pineapples, mango, banana, sweet, warm bourbon. Feel is on the slicker, thicker side, almost syrupy. No burn or heat from the bourbon, rather the booze compliments the pineapple/mango, which in turn gives way to banana /clove/spice flavors and a clean fruity finish.
