Always on Vacation is a session Pale Ale brewed with Galaxy and Motueka hops. Always On vacation has a light copper hue, slight haze, and a frothy white head. A super dank and juicy aroma complements a juicy mouth feel and flavors of tropical fruits. This session Pale Ale has a medium body and finishes dry and slightly bitter.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 6/26/2018. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, lime, mandarin orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, cracker, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, mandarin orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, cracker, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, mandarin orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.1%. Overall this is an excellent American pale ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great Galaxy/Motueka profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank/earthy hop complexity; solid pale malt backbone for the ABV, no residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and awesome style example for the session ABV.

Poured from bottle to pint glass. Pale straw color, clear, effervescent. Citrus fruit aroma mixed with white bread. Flavors of papaya, mandarin orange, and grapefruit pith with a dry, clean finish. More bitter than expected, but not distracting.
