Santa’s Boot is a Belgian-style Tripel brewed with white chocolate, cherry, cinnamon, and Belgian Candi Syrup. With a slightly red hue and white head, this beer has aromas of spicy banana, clove, chocolate sweetness, and bright cherry. Initially this beer leads with flavors of cherry and Belgian esters, before the white chocolate becomes more prominent creating a creamy mouthfeel. Cinnamon notes come though the finish creating a smooth complex beer that isn’t overly sweet.

Found on tap as a Bagger Dave's exclusive. Another one of Short's holiday tripels (there's one brewed with candy hearts for Valentine's Day) Served in a snifter. Reddish Coppery look, with a collar of foam. Sweet aromas of candi sugar, spice, cinnamon, clove, banana, bubblegum. Interesting and delightful mix of flavors, with banana and spice upfront, followed by sweet cherry and rich, frothy chocolate and cinnamon finish.
