A light bodied bright yellow India cream ale with bready yeast aromas and subtle citrus scents. Flavors of sweet grain and soft lemon spice flow pleasantly into a decent sized grassy bitterness that lingers sufficiently on the pallet. 70 IBU

Poured from bottle to pilsner glass. Some cloudiness in the bottle pours to a clear golden ale with a few fingers of fluffy white foam. Aromas of cracker, white bread, and citrus. Flavor is intensely lemon, almost too much, zesty and acidic, with cracker and floral notes rounding it out. A little too much for the cream ale style.
