Hibiscus Brute is a Brut IPA brewed with Idaho 7 hops, Mandarina Bavaria hops, and hibiscus. Light rose in color, this beer has tropical, citrus, floral, and berry aromas. Leading with a burst of citrus and tropical flavors up front of grapefruit, apricot, and pomegranate, this medium bodied beer is very refreshing. True to style, it finishes dry with little bitterness.

Very refreshing Brut IPA! Served on tap at the pub in a snifter. Pinkish red in color, with a collar of bubbles on the surface. Aromas are fruity and floral, nice orange and raspberry notes. Flavor is smooth and crisp, berries, white grapes, and peach.
