Fantastic! ControversiALE turns out to be a great option for Cask conditioning, giving its Simcoe goodness and smooth and creamy feel. A thick, silky few fingers of foam sit atop the pour. The raspberries lend more color than flavor, here apricot shines though just enough to let the Simcoe hops peek out. Would have again and again.
