See Ya Never is a barrel aged Golden Sour Ale with apricots from King Orchards. Funky, oaky, and with aromas and flavors, of tart stone fruit, this beer is a sour fan’s dream. Well-balanced farmhouse funk notes blend with apricot and tart flavors to give that slight mouth puckering sourness before finishing dry.

Picked up a bottle of this Private Stache on impromptu trip to the pub,and split with the wife who enjoys sours a bit more than I do. From bottle to snifter. Golden in color with almost no head. Funky, sourdough and horse blanket aromas overpower sublte traces of sweet apricot. Flavor is all funk, vinegar and piss. Not a lots of fruit balance. The wife really liked it, but I think I'm done with sours unless something really different comes along.
