Internet Dating is a Gose brewed with raspberry, lemon verbena, and cucumber in collaboration with Central State Brewing Company of Indianapolis, IN. The dark rose colored hue and pink head highlight the raspberry within, which is accentuated further upon first sip. Aromas and flavors of fresh cucumber and lemon are also present. With a refreshing lighter body, Internet Dating finishes dry and tart.

Modest head production; quickly fades to nothing. Color is heavily affected by the raspberry, as it's a reddish-pinkish-lavender color. Crystal clear body.
Nice sweet and fruity nose, with an emphasis on lime (likely actually the lemon), along with a bit of raspberry. Suggestive of a lightly tart experience.
Very easy drinking; slick and smooth, with very little bite. Low sourness, with a kiss of salt on the back third. Citrus bite up front, but the raspberry influence grows by mid-sip. Earthy, not quite the milkiness of a Berliner Weisse, but similar. Very naturally fruity.
An easy drinking crushable Gose. Not as sour as I prefer. The fruit is incorporated very well.

This feels underrated to me, really nice crisp refreshing sour here. Pours a nice light purple, minimal head but some nice lacing on the edges, smells really nice and jammy. Taste is great - puckering jammy raspberry, nice tart citrus bite, very subtle mellow cucumber to balance some of the tartness. It all works, really nice light tingly mouthfeel, this is a summer crusher.

From bottle to pint glass. Pinkish red in color with pinkish foam. Aromas of raspberries and salt, with something that's just a touch off-putting that I can't put my finger on. A bit funky in a way that doesn't quite work. Flavor, however is quite nice. One the bigger disconnects between aroma and flavor I've had. Tart raspberry and cool cucumber, with wheat and bread getting kicked with verbena, salt, and a touch of lactic acid.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 4/23/2019. Pours slightly hazy medium orange/amber, light reddish color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, cucumber, mint, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of raspberries, lemon verbena, cucumbers, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big sour/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, cucumber, mint, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and herbal/grassy bitter/spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour raspberries, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, cucumber, mint, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, peppercorn, lacto/musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, lemon verbena, cucumbers, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/sourness, tangy fruit, and bitter/spiciness balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/sourness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic/saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited Gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, lemon verbena, cucumbers, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink with the moderately acidic/tangy/drying finish; not overly lactic/salty. Great balance between juicy/vibrant raspberries, lemon verbena, cucumbers, salt, and lacto complexity; with a nice clean pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected. Not overwhelming on any aspect.
