Brewer's Description: "Baril de Fleurs is a barrel aged Golden Sour Ale with hibiscus. Bright rose in color, the aroma accentuates the barrel aging characteristics with a blend of oak, berry, and floral notes. Leading with tart berry flavors, it melds with a slight funkiness from the Brettanomyces. Oaky barrel qualities blend with the floral and berry notes of the hibiscus before finishing sour and dry. C’est magnifique!"
