Foraging North is a Belgian-style dubbel brewed with locally harvested spruce tips and cherries from King Orchards for International Women’s Brew Day 2019. Complex but well-balanced, this beer features flavors of a traditional Dubbel, fruity cherry, and subtle spruce notes. This dark copper beer finishes dry and smooth.

Very nice dubbel. Served out of a crowler into a wine glass at the rental house. Dark garnet color, clear. Not much head. Aromas of candi sugar, dark bread, and cherries. Nice dubbel flavors accented by sweet/tart cherries and a sprucy finish. ABV is well hidden.
