Novum has a bright amber color with a slightly off-white head. Aroma of delicate cherry and floral notes with hints of oak, vanilla, and candied fruit funk lead to a taste that is moderately sour with an almost pomegranate-like tartness, and a dry finish.

Very nice sour. As someone who could take or leave the style, I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. Feel is medium body, almost fluffy. Light brown and garnet in color, eggshell foam. Fruity aromas, and sweet. Nice tart cherry, barrel, vanilla, fruity wine, with a finish that kicks the tonsils.
