12oz can as part of the hoppy Xmas 12 pack. PKG date 10/15/25 on the bottom of the can.
8.1% ABV, 55 IBU.
Pours out to a turbid burnt orange, forming a nice whipped/microfoam light yellow head with excellent retention and solid sheets of sticky lace. Nice looking beer. Nose of mango, pineapple, peach nectar, guava nectar and a slight hint of cat pee. No pine or dank. Mouthfeel is rich bodied and very smooth. The taste is a recap of the nose...very tropical fruit forward with a low bitterness makes this very drinkable. No off flavors or aromas unlike a few of the other cans in this 12 pack. Alcohol is very well hidden. I can't taste it at all.
One of the best beers I've had from Shorts, many of which I find overly bitter or with off flavors. I would buy this again.

Opaque orange-yellow, billowing white head, excellent retention and bands of lace
Orange, pineapple, lemon zest, mango, a little resinous aroma
Some sort of phenolic, almost smokey flavor off the bat, bland starch water with non-descript fruity hops
Medium bodied, watery, low carbonation
It started off so well...
