On tap at the Elk Rapids location, in a plastic cup, while sitting outside at a picnic table, and enjoying some food truck Korean tacos. I think this may be the first sumac-infused beer I’ve had; using it in a steam beer is kind of a genius move. The spicy and tangy dimensions are pronounced and the citrusy and floral possibilities are downplayed. Full but light and lively mouthful. Some good bitterness. Very interesting beer.
