While the only beer from the variety pack I can say I "like", I'm not a stout person, but it's not bad, completely average for a stout. Very chocolaty in flavor, creamy feel. Just smells like an average stout.
I think there might be lactose in it, or I'm having a placebo effect, since drinking these am feeling bloated and have become very gassy. The can does not tell me, but just a fore-warning for those with lactose sensitivities.

The pour is stout black with a beige head that starts strong and dissipates quickly.
The flavor, well I was expecting a pastry stout but there is no sweetness that I could taste.
It has the basic flavors of a stout; a little coffee, a little chocolate, a little dark bread, etc… but nothing remarkable at all. A for this brewery, that’s rather remarkable.
The feel is just a touch over Michigan thin. No carbonation so just the stout.
OA, happy to have tried it, but I don’t think I’ll buy it again.

Poured into a Bell's branded nonic pint glass
Look - Pours a dense and fizzy tan-colored head that leaves lacing. Pitch black appearance.
Smell - Aromas of cocoa, roasted malt, marshmallow, vanilla.
Taste - The taste follows the nose with vanilla being the most dominate. No bitterness.
Feel - Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and finishes with some dryness.
Overall - A nice desert-style stout that is easy on the palate, and isn't overly sweet.
