Had it on tap at the Griffon near Shibuya station in Tokyo
Pours very red but clear, with a huge dark beige head. Settles into a nicely textured thick pad of head. Very fine carbonation, but not very much carbonation. Unbelievable lacing, one level per sip of beer scaling down the side of the glass. Smell is spicy, piny hops (but not overpowering). Like most hoppy beers, it smells fresh and clean.
Taste leans more toward hops, unsurprisingly; tastes much as it smells. Very bitter, but with a nice nutty sweetness.
Mouthfeel is thick, creamy, and chewy. Feels a little heavy to be super-drinkable, but it's tasty and pleasant.
