Nice appearance, dark purple/red color body, fine dense white head. The smell is good, like the skim of home made jam, when you eat it warm, right after you did the jam. Fruity, a bit sour, like a mix of beer, ginger ale and cassis liquor. The taste is like cherry yogourt, and as if you were chewing some twigs. Sweet. The mouthfeel is creamy, enjoyable, and a bit sodalike. Good.

Soft purple brown dark opaque color and a light purple creamy foam top. Good-looking, ample lacing. Smell is a mix of strawberry and...hasukappu (??), sweet and flavorful.

Taste is subdued in its sweetness. Slightly sour fruits, which last until after the aftertaste. Notes also of unripened strawberry and watermelon. Hops arrive with the sourness in the aftertaste.

Good fruit beer! Far better than other hasukappu beers I've had here in Hokkaido.
