A - Pours a dark cranberry with 2 fingers of pink head that forms a terminator cap that stays until the very end.
S - Sharp raspberries, sweet but earthy, fruit candy, wheat comes out when swirled.
T - Sweet raspberries, cherries, and currants upfront followed by a sharp acidic tartness that brings down the sweetness. Sweet tarts come to mind. Finishes with a bittering tartness.
M - Light creamy body with moderate tight carbonation.
Impeccably balanced between sweet and tart. The wheat really helps out to soften the body. I'm not usually a fan of this breweries beer but I think they might have found their niche. One of the better fruit beers I've had and one of the only I would buy again.
