Brewed with fifty percent malted wheat, our lightest drinking beer is a Belgian style Wit beer with just a hint of sweetness. We use orange peel, coriander, and chamomile to balance the slight tartness and fruity esters produced by our Belgian yeast.

An interesting wheat beer brewed with orange peel, coriander, and chamomile.
Pours a hazy orange/amber with a thin head.
The aroma is slightly off-putting. Not sure if it's the coriander or the chamomile (or the combination). Fortunately, it does not come through in the taste which I found to be crisp and rather complex with a nice citrus "tang". Not overly carbonated.
