A - Pale clear yellow body with three fingers of white head. Very good retention but no lacing.

S - citrus and pine

T - Mildly citrus hops and citrus from the Belgian yeast.

M - Medium/light body and moderate carbonation. Somewhat sticky

O - Kind of a one note beer and drinks kinda like soda. Not bad and very drinkable, but won't be picking this up again.

Pours a slightly hazy, golden orange color with a decently sized, off-white head. Retention is pretty good and the lacing is solid and sticky. For a dark wheat it doesn't seem any darker than any other wheat.
Smell is a bit weak, with sweet grainy note, a bit of tartness/sour citrus, wheat and malt.
Taste is grassy, malt, light citrus, wheat and a not unsubstantial alcohol warmth. Balance is pretty good.
Medium bodied, reasonably smooth and with a solid warming aspect. Effervescence is restrained. It drinks like an Imperial wheat - which I've never heard of - and in that mindset this is a really good beer. As a standard wheat, it's ok. Either way, the nose is a bit off so don't take a deep whiff before you sip and it'll be good.

A: somewhat cloudy; honey colored; 2 finger white head that receded slowly and had nice lacing;

S: an interesting combination of wheat and grassy, piney hops:

T: exactly as advertised; a hoppy wheat beer; that profile stayed consistent from start to finish;

M: light to medium bodied; slightly over carbonated;

O: I had low expectations and while this isn't a beer I would seek out, I was pleasantly surprised;

Poured from a 22oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.

A: The beer is a deep gold color, with a large off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a spotty lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains floral hops, wheat, caramelized malts and some citrus.

T: The taste starts out with a mildly tart citrus flavor. Then a bit of caramel sweetness comes in. Next there’s a strong hops bitterness for the style and some wheat breadiness although there isn’t much balance. The after-taste is slightly bready and slightly hoppy.

M: Crisp and a little smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.

O: A little tasty, goes down ok, not too filling, good kick, decent representation of style, it’s an ok beer worth drinking for a while.

A - Drank straight from the bomber. Cannot perform a full review on looks.

S - The smell was much better directly after the beer was opened than 15 minutes afterwards. Simcoe/Citra hops. Citrousy. Very faint Belgian yeast.

T - Completely agree with the grassy reviews. Slight, but certainly not predominant Belgian funk. Citrousy orange/lemon. Barely bready. Not a fan of the thin wheat malt taste. I find it a little insufficient for this beer.

M - Well carbonated. Quite bubbly. Lingering bitterness. Not all that great, but can't complain too much about the mouthfeel.

O - At $2.99 a bomber, it's a "good price for a good beer". Not a spectacular beer, but well worth the investment. Personally, I would still spend the extra $1 for my fall-back SNPA as a replacement for this... Worth a try, but it won't become a regular in my lineup.
