Brown gold color, with an off-white head. More lacing and resistance than other beers had at the Taisetsu Ji Beer brewpub--although it was similarly a little warmer than one might expect for the style. Smell was sweet wheat, creamy, with notes of strawberry.
Taste, too, held a presence of (artificial) strawberry, which went well with the creamy mouthfeel. Good hops and roasted grains and dark chocolate finish helped this beer to be pretty good in my book.

A dense creamy head on nice golden copper color. The smell is weak, nothing noticeable. The taste is nicely fruity, some red fruits with enjoyable caramel notes. Very round mouthfeel, creamy, enjoyable. Nothing very exciting, but taitetsu makes some beers that are worse.
