Aroma - Belgian yeast notes and fruity esters, floral notes - roses, earthy, slight lemon notes, little to no hop aroma, light malt character
Appearance - Slight pink hue, very clear, light off white head that dissipates quickly
Flavor - Soft malt character up front with hints of rose, just a hint of sweetness that quickly dries out, slight peppery note, balances towards dry/pepper, finishes smooth and dry with notes of pepper and rose, some phenols
Mouthfeel - very light body, lower level carbonation, slight creaminess, no warmth, no astringency.
Overall - A nice, light, floral and refreshing saison with no one ingredient dominating the complex flavor. Very dry and especially enjoyable sitting outside on the patio in the sun at Zero Gravity.
