On tap at American Flatbread. Clear golden with a nice white head. Smells of brett, lemon and pine hops. Tastes of doughy pale malt, then fruity yeast kicks in with a little bit of a phenolic character. Bretty and earthy in the finish. Medium light with high carbonation. The brett keeps it spritzy and crisp. Nice.
