Had this today at American Flatbread. The server was very courteous and gave me a sample before I had ever ordered anything.
Color: Golden copper color with a one-finger head.
Aroma: Warm, spicy and malty. Raisin flavor upfront. Overall aroma was inviting.
Taste: Spicy upfront with raisin as the dominant flavor. Somewhat thin in the middle but balanced out by the raisin as mentioned and grapeskin as well.
Mouthfeel: Balanced (not too dry, not too overpowering).
Verdict: A very drinkable saison (I will attest to that) and something you should check out the next time you are at this establishment.
