First had: on tap at American Flatbread, Burlington, VT
Poured a slightly hazed golden yellow with a decent-sized cap of foamy white head. Yeasty aroma, spice and apple skins. Solid sweet malt backbone in the taste, overlaid with spicy yeast, bready, with hints of light fruits: apple, pear, mostly. Subtly hopped. Light body and quite drinkable overall.

Pours a whitish-blonde color with a thin head. They nailed the color.
There are notes of spiciness from the yeast in the nose. Not much else.
The taste is a whole 'nother mother though: spicy, crisp with a good amount of citrus.
Citrus compliments the spiciness from the yeast. Mouthfeel is a bit thin though.
ZG is also consistent in their mastery of belgian styles.
