16 ounce can packaged 1/15/25.
Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a bright golden body with some lacing.
Nose of hay, biscuit, and toast.
Flavors of hay and toast with a bit of hop bitterness on the finish.
Very nicely carbonated with medium-full mouthfeel.
Overall, a fine lager, very fitting as a commemorative lager for the UVM Catamounts' Soccer National Championship!
Go get some at their victory parade on the 26th of January!!
