This beer pours a very light orange with a slight haze. Moderate white head that recedes to a ring of lacing.
The smell is appropriate for the style fruit, clove, bit of citrus.
Taste largely reflects the aroma, bit of spice in the end.
A medium body.
A superbly sessionable saison, a seemly selection for your snipe seeking.

On tap at Three Penny. Served in a tulip.
Appearance - Hazy orange. Arrives with a huge head that quickly settles to a thin collar.
Smell - Spicy and estery. Some clove. Grassy hop. Some sweet malt.
Taste - Spicy again. Less of the esters. Very green hop flavor and some graininess. Finishes with more esters and spice and an abundance of grassy hop flavors.
Mouthfeel - Medium body, maybe bordering on medium heavy. Very grassy and vegetal.
Overall - Lacking in any sort of subtlety, but the flavors are ok.
