Definitely get that champagne taste/feel to it, probably fermented with champagne yeast. Not a sweet cider which I prefer. Overall not bad!

Not too sweet, almost clear, sort of a champagne style cider. Great if you like this type of cider but I am partial to sweeter ciders with more of a depth of flavor.
