Never had more fun gathering nuts! This smooth Ale has an even display of hop bitterness and bold malt flavor, with a hint of nutty flavor from the dark malt, to produce a superior brown ale taste

Overall this was a rather bland, average version of a Nut Brown Ale.

Very drinkable beer. Dark and perfect for those who prefer a mellower hops presence. I myself love hops, when used right, but still enjoy this beer and enjoy drinking multiple glasses of it in a sitting. Also a great transition drink, this beer is one of the first microbrews my father, former Coors Light exclusivist, genuinely enjoyed. Now he asks for a growler of it with each trip home!
