Sample from tap at North Country Brewing Co. Gold in color. Smell is a nice wonderful lavender! Taste of lavender is not overpowering. Sweet malty. Interesting combination!

Very floral front end with disappointing taste to complement. Alcohol comes through too much. Color dark amber no head to speak of. Thin mouth feel alcohol, alcohol, alcohol. Sorry but that's all I taste. Overall 3.5 maybe, if that!

Didn't come in the proper glass (a standard pint) but the hazed tangerine color was nice as well as a large white head atop.Big floral/lavender aromas to go along with some yeasty esters.A little sweet on the palate with the big lavender flavors and brown sugar and candied sugar flavors,it started out great but got a little sweet by the time I got to the bottom of the glass. Not a huge lavender fan but I enjoyed this...until the sweetness got to me a little.

Pours a hazy orange-ish to yellow color with an off white. In the aroma, a dry floral smell. In the taste, a dry floral and big candy sugar. A small bite and medium bodied mouthfeel, with a dry candy sugar in the aftertaste. A decent Belgian style with a interesting floral hint.

Pours a cloudy cider like color with a one finger head that gives way to some lacing. The aroma is big and bold, florals and sweet malts hit the nose. The taste is very good as well, nice floral taste followed by sweet malt and a little hop bite. The mouthfeel is tart and stingy, nice medium body. The drinkability on this is high, it is very solid, nothing to dislike and some complexity to keep you interested.
