Light brown color with a light haze. Light shines through the center of the glass easily. Small head but it leaves an impressive blanket of lace on the glass.
Surprisingly spicy nose, reminds me of Christmas spices and marijuana (I've never gotten that before).
Dark and earthy flavors. Very dry which exentuates the bitterness. The hop isnt notable but obvious or sent in the straight up bitter finish and moderate aftertaste. Decent body--nearly chewy. High carbonation cuts the richness.
