Muddy dark amber color. Light glows along the edges. Big bubbled head that leaves nearly no lace.
Sweet, nearly a port smell. Darker malt with raisins.
Sweet but not not as intense as the smell might indicate. Rich body which I expected given the sweetness. Decent carbonation but not elevated. The swallow and aftertaste are sweet but with a touch of alcohol and counterbalancing light bitterness.
