Cloudy, white dirty gold color. Modest head that settles to rim bubbles. Infrequent spots on the glass for lace.
For the smell, think peaches and cream. There's a light sweetness with just a kiss of earthiness.
The taste follows the smell, but now becomes more like the apricots expected. This is a little thinner than some of the UFOs but still holds its own. There's a mild tartness that balances the sweet. Overall, a nice fruit wheat beer.

One of the juicier Hefeweizens I've come across, this is pours hazy, has the aroma of apricots/peaches and tastes like it too. Very drinkable and perfect for a summer day or anybody who enjoys Hefeweizens.
