Twice poured like a nitro stout except the color is dark amber. The head takes over a minute to stabilize, leaving a dense foamy head. Superb blanketing lace. Near clear beer.
The nose is equal parts semisweet malt and, surprisingly, sourness.
The taste is more traditional with a greater degree of sweetness. Good richness with a lighter carbonation level. There's a touch of hop to provide balance. Malty and lasting aftertaste.

Interesting to have a nitro bock, but I'm not quite sure it's my thing.
