Very dark brown color where no light passes through the edge of the glass. Starts with a pleasant beige head but it disappears leaving no lace.
Sweet smell with a Baker's chocolate overtone -- bitter and sweet in equal measure.
The namesake implies graham crackers and Marshmallows. It's chocolatey with some toast flavors (graham crackers?). While sweet, I wouldn't describe the flavor as Marshmallows--more like lactose. The body is rich with a decent carbonation. The overall effect works well.
