Light haze to the gold color. Nearly no head and certainly no lace.
Dry cardboard aroma from the initial whiff. No sourness...yet.
Yup, the tartness of a Berliner Weisse is distinctly dominant. Good body with a higher carbonation. The finish is not quite lip puckering but the sourness lasts a long time.
