Nearly clear with a golden color. Less head and lace than other Harpoon offerings but still adequate.
The smell, beyond the usual malt/hop IPA blend, had an intriguing spice to it. I'm reminded of rose hips, cardboard, and lavender.
The taste is similar to the smell, also intriguing. The flavor matches the nose note for note. Rich bodied with muted carbonation. The overall effect is interesting and delicious, worthy of coming to the brewery as this is the only place where one can get it.
