I expect a cream ale to have little to no hop. I'm quite curious what this beer will bring.
Modest head with spotty lace. Gold color and clear.
I get a off smell of soured cream. No hop. Mild.
The flavor has some berry sweetness to it. There's a dry-ish finish with a touch of hop bitterness. Overall, the aftertaste is is more malty with the aforementioned berry and light cream (not soured).
