Muddy, dark brown color. Minor head. No lace.
Nice darker malt smell. Little wheat but still attractive.
Smooth mouthfeel; unusual, given the thin body. Perhaps it's the lower carbonation. The taste is less "dark" than the smell but still brings out some darker toasty notes. Again, the wheat, while present, is very light for a dunkelweizen.
