This new wave Berliner Weisse is a tropically tart alternative to your typical light beer. Dragon fruit and hibiscus brighten a lively wheat base with maca root and sea salt to keep your tempo going. Delightfully different yet easy-drinking – DragonWeisse is the perfect choice for when the day's been long but the night’s still young.

It looks like a soda, with all that carbonation and almost unnatural pink-red color. Not that it's bad, it's just different than most beers. Typical of sours, there's no head nor glass lacing. Nor is there much aroma, just a little tarty fruit. It drinks like some sort of Kool-Aid with carbonation. There probably is even less taste here than in most ade mixes. It's not sour, it's only mildly tart. A refreshing chug on a hot day, but nothing more.

The name of this beer is the only thing interesting about it. Whoever branded this beer has done great, and not great by tricking me into buying a mediocre beer. Nothing to be desired here. This one is just slightly better than Bud.

Poured into a wheat glass a semi opaque reddish/watermelon color, with a quickly dissipating head. Smell is pie crust, some mild fruit.spiciness. Taste is fruity, graham cracker, herbal. Feels light bodied, refreshing, tart ,crisp. Not sour enough to contain Brett which many Berliner Weiss's do. Ample carbonation. Overall a good representation. Would have again but seems limited, except for the 2 more in the fridge.
