Wet Hop Pale Ale
Deep in the Pioneer Valley lies a quietly fabled region of Massachusetts called Satan’s Kingdom. While it’s rough terrain is largely uninhabited—save the mysterious creatures that lurk in its shadows—just south of there stands Four Star Farms, acclaimed grower of both grain and hops.
South of Satan’s Kingdom utilizes fresh wet hops grown by our friends at Four Star Farms. While whole cone hops’ dried, pelletized counterparts are perfect for brewing during the remainder of the year, there’s no matching the potency and bright juicy character of fresh wet hops during peak harvest season.
Tasting Notes - Appearance: Pale gold with a light cloudy haze; Aroma: Grapefruit zest, lemon, sage, oats; Mouthfeel: Fluffy and light; Taste: Citrus pith, biscuit, gentle pine, fresh cut grass; Finish: Quick with a subtle punch of bitterness.
IBU: 38
