This beer is made with hop oils (no fresh cone hops) as an experiment.
Hazy with a light green hue to the dirty gold color. Lasting small head with a continual film odd bubbles. Excellent blanket lacing.
Aromatic nose of fresh mowed grass and weeds along with a light pine.
The taste is predominately malty with a balancing hop showing only in the swallow. The mouthfeel leans rich with elevated carbonation. The finish is very dry, short lasting, and mildly sour/bitter.
Given the tasting blindly, I would never guess this was a departure from a regular offering.
