Deep brown where light passes only along the edge of the glass. The head is dense and provides a beige blanket on the glass.
Nose: Strong sweet cocoa (made with milk).
Taste: This is a rich beer in every sense. The lower carbonation enhances the thickness. The milk chocolate seems to have been melted into the hot milk cocoa. There's a notable alcohol presence in the swallow making the taste become almost oily. The aftertaste becomes drier with a creme de cacao essence.
