Plum colored and cloudy. Minor head. Minimal lacing.
Fruity aroma that truly smells like spreadable jam. Faintly tart.
The sourness is stronger on the taste but it's cut with the appropriate level of salt for a Gose. The "jam" is an accurate moniker for the last flavor element. You'd be mistaken if you thought this wouldn't work because the complexity makes this beer. The aftertaste is a softer blend of everything mentioned previously.
