Poured from a 16 oz can with a smudged out date, purchased from the brewery.
A - Beautiful deep copper color, excellent clarity, carbonation is steady, off white froth is loose knit and lasting.
S - Nice touch of rye, taosted malts maybe? Piney and slightly tropical nose with some black pepper in the mix.
T - Rye toast with orange/apricot jam, Some spicy earthy elements that are a nice feature, white pepper and more piney hops make for a really nice set of flavors.
M - Medium in body semi sweet start, quickly balances toward light bitterness, finish is quick and dry with that nice rye spice being the focus
O - A very good Rye IPA the use of Denali works in harmony with the spicy grain bill. Feel is wonderful, and love the clarity and apperance.
