Poured from the bottle into a Libbey style pilsner glass.

Frothy rich egg white head, making easily two possibly even more finger height, with some really good retention. Soapy lacing manages to suspend from the top, meeting a light brass colored and fairly clear bodied lager. Fine streams of carbonation rise up and round it out. Very nice looking brew.

Aroma is quite pleasant. Very noticeable herbal hop angle, with touches of sweet chewy malt as well. There's a touch of sulfur like quality as well which is not large but strangely makes a nice balance to the sweetness. Hints a little sticky and pasty smelling as well.

Palate seems to stick to the basics, but comes with a little bit of a disclaimer. First sip is a bit of dense malt, but a good portion of honey like sweetness that comes on the tongue as well. Comes out a little thick but not horribly so, with a touch of hop cutting bitterness to get through some of the sugary quality.

An ok pils, just not a good or great one.

From a 12 fl. oz. bottle dated 02/24/20. Sampled on March 3, 2020.

Attractive golden pour underneath a foamy, ivory head that laces as it fades.

The aroma has an immediate orange and herbal sensation followed swiftly by the traditional toasted biscuit and bread of a Pilsener.

Medium body and smooth.

The taste emphasizes the sweet toastiness of a pilsener with a lesser emphasis on the fruit and herbs I picked up on the nose. Crisp and clean, Quick, easy finish.
